The performance ended early or it looks like I missed it.
Performance premieres will start at exactly the indicated time. After the live performance ends, the performance will be transitioned to on-demand viewing at your leisure (available for 72 hours for members; 2 weeks for subscribers). By starting to watch the live performance late – or if you pause the live performance – you will be viewing a buffered (saved) version of the performance. This may cause the buffered video to unexpectedly stop for you when the actual live performance ends. If it appears that you missed the performance or if it cuts off early, please log back into Account Manager and click to view the on-demand performance. Links to the on-demand performances will be available in Account Manager shortly after the performance begins.

Where is the best place to seek assistance if I have additional questions?
Two hours prior to each concert, our Tech Squad will be available to answer your questions LIVE via chat. The chat window will appear on the bottom right-hand side of this page, in a blue text box. Click there and a team member will be ready to assist you.

Need More Help?
