Concert Changes or Cancellations: Occasionally we will have to make changes to or cancel concerts for reasons beyond our control. If we do, our preferred method of communicating these changes is via email. For timely updates on concert start times and changes or cancellations, you can also call 404.733.4802.

Can’t Attend a Concert? If you cannot use or exchange your tickets, please pass them on to friends or donate them back to the Orchestra. To donate your tickets, please call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404.733.5000 at least one hour prior to performance time. The Woodruff Arts Center Box Office can take the location of your seats and make them available to waiting patrons. A receipt acknowledging the value of your tickets will be issued to you in January for all seats donated for re-sale.

Lost Tickets: Should you lose or misplace your subscription tickets, please call the Season Tickets Office at 404.733.4800 at the earliest possible date so that a duplicate set of tickets may be issued. Lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

Program Notes: Program notes to the Orchestra¹s Delta Classical Concerts are available on the Orchestra website, aso.org. Program Notes are posted about three weeks prior to each Delta Classical concert. Be sure to sign up for the e-mail club, too. Our e-mail club provides a convenient reminder of your concert and a link to program notes.

Plan Your Visit: If this is your first visit to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you can easily park, get your bearings, visit the Symphony Store, enjoy refreshments in the lobby and comfortably find your seat prior to the concert.

What should I wear? There is no dress code, so concertgoers are encouraged to wear whatever suits them, from casual to formal. Either way, you¹ll feel right at home. Intermission: Most concerts are 90 minutes to two hours long with a 15 to 20 minute intermission. However, there may not be an intermission if the concert has only one featured work, so it¹s best to check the program book when you arrive. Atlanta Symphony Hall ushers are at your service to answer any questions.

Parking: Save each time you park. Pre-paid parking coupons for the Woodruff Arts Center Garage are $13 and can be purchased in advance for each concert night. Add parking to your current subscription concerts or add to additional concerts, Coca-Cola Holiday and Special concerts included! Coupons can be purchased through the Season Tickets Office at 404.733.4800, in person or online at aso.org.

Please Note: The Woodruff Arts Center Garage is used by patrons of the High Museum of Art, the Alliance Theatre and the Orchestra. Many exciting events occur on the same evening, and parking is limited. Those patrons with pre-paid parking passes will be honored. Parking coupons are also available for Woodruff Valet Parking. Other parking options include Colony Square Parking Garage on Peachtree Street and Promenade Parking Garage on 15th Street.
