Music in the Meadow Safety Guidelines

The ASO is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, musicians and staff. Please see the below safety guidelines for the upcoming Music in the Meadow series:

• Patrons will be required to wear face masks or appropriate face coverings to enter the performances, and when in all common areas. All staff will also be required to wear face masks and protective gear.

• Upon arrival, prior to parking, all patrons will check in for a temperature screen and touchless ticket scan. Re-entry is not authorized for these performances.

• Audiences will be seated in pods that can accommodate up to 4 people. Pods will be socially distanced throughout the Meadow.

• Outside food and drink is allowed for both October Music in the Meadow performances. Patrons may bring one cooler each, no larger than 23" long and 16" deep.

• No metal or glass is allowed, so please pack disposable or reusable cutlery/drinkware and canned beverages.

• Each ticket includes one lawn chair, which will be set up in the pods when you arrive to the Meadow. Each chair will be disinfected prior to each performance, so no need to bring your own.

• Parking is included in the ticket price, so no additional parking fee is required.

• Large umbrellas, grills, tents and candles are not permitted.

• Ponchos and personal sized umbrellas are welcome! Please monitor ASO.org and all ASO Social Media channels for weather updates closer to the performances.

• No animals are allowed on site, with the exception of service animals.

• Weapons of any kind are prohibited.

• Professional photography (including any camera with a detachable lens) is not allowed for these performances.

• Any additional questions? Please call the ASO Subscriptions Line at 404-733-4800.
