Ticket Requests for Postponed & Cancelled Concerts
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra continues to monitor the ever-changing environment and will make an informed decision on whether to hold in-person concerts in Symphony Hall based on the health and safety of both musicians and patrons. However, some of our programming has been cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. Streaming of concerts will continue throughout the 2020/21 season, affording subscribers the opportunity to enjoy the ASO's complete 76th season from the comfort of their home.
The support of our subscriber family has been crucial in keeping the ASO afloat during these difficult times, and we are currently offering the following ticketing options for those who hold tickets to a cancelled concert:
•
Donate your unused ticket.
Right now, your donations to the ASO are more critical than ever. As we navigate our way through this unprecedented shutdown, please consider donating your tickets to provide the vital support needed for the music and musicians that inspire and connect our community. Simply email us at
boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org
to donate your tickets and request a tax credit letter.
•
Receive a credit on your ASO account.
We’ll put the funds on your account to use toward another performance next season, based on availability. These funds can be used toward single ticket or season ticket purchases, as well as select Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE concerts, based on availability. To receive an account credit, simply email us at
boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org
and you will receive an email confirmation when your account credit is completed.
• If the concert has been cancelled, patrons may request a refund. Please complete the
Request Form below
and someone will follow up with you in seven business days. (If you are requesting a donation or credit, you do not need to fill out the form below).
Having trouble with the form? You may also contact Guest Services by phone at 404.733.5000 or email
boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org
. At this time, the Box Office will not be available for walk-up transactions.
