When violinist James Ehnes issued a recording of Tchaikovsky's enchanting Violin Concerto, The Telegraph wrote "his dexterity is a marvel of lightness and precision," calling him a "supreme virtuoso of the instrument." The Grammy® Award-winning violinist returns to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra to perform Tchaikovsky's irresistible masterwork. Also on the program, Atlanta favorite Donald Runnicles leads the Orchestra in Shostakovich's enigmatic final testament in the symphonic form, the Symphony No. 15.
