Music Director Robert Spano starts the evening on a natural high with a piece so radiant in its majesty, someone named it for the king of the gods: Mozart's "Jupiter" Symphony. Maestro Spano brings out the internationally acclaimed Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus for music by a composer who truly holds the keys to the human heart, the great Italian opera composer Giuseppe Verdi. Hear his exquisitely inspirational Four Sacred Pieces.

Thursday evening includes a pre-concert lecture at 7 p.m. in Atlanta Symphony Hall by ASO Insider and Program Notes Annotator Ken Meltzer. Free for all ticket holders of the February 21 & 23, 2019, concerts.
