Subscriber Exchanges

As an Atlanta Symphony series subscriber, you may exchange any ticket for another performance within the same season. The ASO exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets.   Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other subscription concert in the 2006/2007 season.   As a benefit to subscribers, there is no fee charged for exchanging unless you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets.  All exchanged are subject to availability and seat locations can not be guaranteed.  For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days, or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section.  

Important Information About Online Exchanges
All online exchange requests must be received by 3PM Monday - Friday. After 3PM or during weekend performances, please call the Woodruff Center Box Office at 404.733.5000 to make an exchange.
