Q: What time do the gates open?
A: Gates open at 6:00pm. There is no early admission.
Q: Is seating assigned?
A: There are no seat assignments. Come early to claim a good spot.
Q: Where do I get my ticket?
A: Tickets are available on this website, under the “Tickets” tab. Tickets are only available online. The Woodruff Arts Center box office does not have tickets.
Q: Can I pick up a ticket at the event before the concert?
A: No. Tickets will not be available at the venue. All guests should secure their tickets prior to arriving at Piedmont Park. There will not be a box office location on site.
Q: Where in Piedmont Park will this concert take place?
A: The concerts will take place on the Promenade. The Promenade is located in the northwest corner of the park, directly adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and the parking garage. The entrance gate will be located near the 2nd level park entrance of the SAGE Parking Facility in the Greensward Promenade.
Q: Can I bring my own seat, or blanket?
A: Stadium seats, sand chairs, and blankets are permitted. Please be conscious of others when bringing larger sized blankets. We want to ensure as many of your neighbors can enjoy these free concerts as possible. Lawn chairs will not be permitted.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks to the concert. Remember, grills, glass, and alcohol are not permitted at this event. All picnic baskets, coolers, bags, and other items are subject to be checked.
Q: Is there an opening act?
A: No. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is the night’s main and only act.
Q: Is there a location for me to be dropped off at this event?
A: The drop off location will be at the SAGE Parking Facility Piedmont entrance.
Q: Is there an ADA accessible area?
A: Yes, please see the Concert Information page for details.
Q: Are there ADA shuttles running from Marta Arts Center station?
A: ADA shuttles are available upon request from MARTA. Please contact MARTA directly for shuttles.
Q: Can I bring an umbrella?
A: Because of viewing areas, umbrellas are not allowed; however ponchos are permitted.
Q: Can I bring binoculars?
A: Binoculars are acceptable.
Q: Am I allowed to bring my cell phone?
A: Cell phones are acceptable.
Q: Are pets permitted at this event?
A: Pets are not permitted at this event.
