The 15th anniversary celebration of the Talent Development Program began on Saturday, November 1, 2008, with a panel discussion covering the role of diversity and education in the cultural arts, entitled “Changing the Face of American Orchestras: From Preparation to Performance.” The panel was hosted by WSB-TV’s Jocelyn Dorsey. Following the panel discussion was the annual fall “Musicale” recital, hosted by WABE’s Lois Reitzes.
