Ticket Exchanges

For Subscribers

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other subscription concert in the 2014/2015 season. As a benefit to our Subscribers there is NO FEE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGING unless you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability; seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section. Exchanges must be made up to 1 hour before concert time on your scheduled concert date.
