Ticket Exchanges

For Subscribers

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other subscription concert in the 2011/2012 season. As a benefit to our Subscribers there is NO FEE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGING unless you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability; seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section. Exchanges must be made up to 1 hour before concert time on your scheduled concert date.

For Non-Subscribers

For all non-subscriber tickets exchanges, there is a $5 service charge per order in addition to any difference between the value of your exchanged tickets.

There are no refunds for single tickets. All programs, artists and prices are subject to change.


Ways To Exchange Your Tickets

Monday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 8 PM
Saturday: Noon - 8 PM
Sunday: Noon - 5 PM
Your new tickets will be held for you at the WAC Box Office. Please write "void" across your old tickets and bring them to exchange for your new tickets.

Your new tickets will be held for you at the WAC Box Office unless you enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope and allow two weeks for return mailing. Send your tickets and your exchange request to:
