All online exchange requests must be received by 3:00pm Monday-Friday. After 3:00pm or during weekend performances, please call the Woodruff Center Box Office at (404) 733-5000 to make an exchange.

As an Atlanta Symphony series subscriber, you may exchange your series tickets for a Delta Classical or SuperPOPS! performance within the same season. Our exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. As a benefit to subscribers, there is no fee charged for exchanging online or by calling the subscriptions office unless you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability and seat locations can not be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days, or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section.
