Wendy Bennett

A talented singer, actress and educator Wendy Bennett has enchanted children throughout the southeastern United States for 22 years, performing in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Symphony Street concerts and has long been a roster artist with the Woodruff Arts Center's Young Audiences, bringing the magic of musical theater to thousands of Georgia's school children.

Wendy toured with Fred Waring and the Young Pennsylvanians during Fred Waring's last year (1984) and she was a featured vocalist for the International Olympic Commitee's opening ceremony. She is a graduate of the Alliance Theater's acting intern program and has performed not only on the Alliance Theater stage, but also for numerous local theater companies including the Horizon Theater, and ART Station. acting in plays including YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, TWENTIETH CENTURY SONGBOOK(a show she co-created), THE DIARY OF ADAM AND EVE, SPITFIRE GRILL, THREE DROPS OF BLOOD, and THE NEW OLDTIME CHRISTMAS GATHERING. She earned a BFA Music Education degree from Miami University in Ohio. She and her wonderful husband are proud parents of four children.
